- New Palladio composite door
- External wall insulation, using Ceresit Ceretherm Express System
- Internal drylining to horizontal ceilings
- Attic Insulation
- New Daikan air to water heat pump
- New high efficiency radiators
- Underfloor heating
- Demolition of internal walls and floors
- New studs, partition walls, plasterboarding and rendering
